Work-from-home and off-site requests are standalone manager-approved workflows, decoupled from leave balance. Approved off-site requests let employees clock in at any location without geofence enforcement.

Four-tab layout — Personal Info, Employment, Tax Declaration, and Experience & Education — so HR can navigate large profiles without scrolling. Tax Declaration defaults all 17 allowance fields to zero.
